
2010 is bringing a new program to Charlestown School Families for the month of May. Dr. Cathy Moffitt, PE/Health, and Cynthia Reiser-Jones, Library Media Specialist, are planning a month-long event to promote healthy children and families. It is combining elements of Dr. Moffitt's Family Fitness log and the former Exercise Your Body/Exercise Your Mind program. ReplyDeleteI think this will be good for every one exspecialy me because as everyone has seen I've gained a "little weight" so this will be good for me to loose "that little weight." Go fitness!
